I am an insurance broker and founded Unistar Benefits Insurance Services September 1, 2000.  I attained a professional designation as CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) in 1997.  As a professional in the employee benefits arena, I always give my clients honest professional advice and information.

I am a member of Golden Gate Association of Health Underwriters, California Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters.

I’ve always had a passion for wellness which you’ll notice as you read through my blogs.  That passion has led me to returning to school and becoming an Ayurveda Wellness Practitioner in 2015.  I’ve managed to pair that with becoming a Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) which is a sister science to Ayurveda.

I am passionate about wellness and I have been since I was in the first grade and there was a weekly topic of health!  I was passionate about the topic even at seven years old and now I’m more passionate.  I savored those lesson even though they only last half an hour each week.

    Hi blogger, i found this post on 19 spot in google’s search results.
    I’m sure that your low rankings are caused by hi bounce rate.
    This is very important ranking factor. One of the biggest reason for high bounce rate is due
    to visitors hitting the back button. The higher your bounce rate the
    further down the search results your posts and pages will end up, so having reasonably
    low bounce rate is important for improving your rankings naturally.
    There is very useful wp plugin which can help you. Just search in google for:
