Many positive things have happened as a result of the law. Things that needed to happen. The insurance carriers could have added these enhancements all by themselves without the law forcing their hand, just because it’s a good thing to do, but they weren’t listening to me!
Helping More People to become Insured

All of these organizations support the health care reform, PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) in many ways. We have great ideas on how the Affordable Care Act can be improved and of course we see a few problems with the Act as well.
Maximus, the wellness program

I have to give you a little information before I identify this cool idea. Just finished reading an article in California Broker magazine about Employer Wellness programs. Wellness programs are designed to help employees become healthier and over time reducing the employer’s cost. The design is more likely to help larger employers whose renewals are based on their specific plan, plan usage, and prescription drug cost.
